Dragon Lilies is not a chain or franchise. It is a small business locally owned and operated.
Do you have other stores?
Currently our only store is in Spruce Grove,
Alberta.
Do you offer on-line sales?

Depending on customer needs we may consider this for the future. From time to time we will ship an item for you, but
please phone the store on the details of this.
How do I order a special occasion
outfit?
Special occasion wear can be bought right from our sales floor,
or ordered from our catalogue. We have access to numerous flower girl dresses, party dresses, tuxedo's, suits, baptismal
outfits, dress shoes and accessories in several color and size ways. If you wish to order something from our catalogue
we are happy to assist you in the store. A 50%, non-refundable deposit is required.
What is
your sales policy?
Our sales policy is return or exchange within 14 days.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, have tags on, and you do require a receipt. A gift receipt is good for exchange only.
Sale items are exchange or credit note only. All special orders, as well as special occasion wear purchased in the store
are final sale. Final sale on swimwear and underwear.
I
find it hard to make it during your store hours, do you open late?
We
are working on having one late night of the week. If you cannot make it during our hours, please note we do book private
shopping appointments. Feel free to call us to arrange a time!
How do you
determine your prices?
Our prices are typically the manufactures suggested retail price.
Products coming from outside the country are sometimes priced differently to account for currency exchange, customs, and duty.
Where are your products from?
We obtain our products directly from
the manufacturers. For example, any Quiksilver or Roxy item is purchased through Quiksilver Canada. We do not
import or buy knock offs or items from discounted warehouses. We sign contracts with the various brands and abide
by their rules of sales on their products.
How often do you get new stock?
The answer to this question varies on the brand. Some brands only ship twice a year, and that being Spring and Fall.
Brands that ship only twice a year include Blu, Point Zero, Harley Davidson, Ripe, Tummi, Duet, Mame, Rebel. Some of
the other brands ship more often, or add extra seasons such as Holiday or Summer. Ask for more details on what comes
when to be sure you don't miss out!

Aside from personalized shopping appointments, Dragon Lilies offers gift certificates
and registry.
